demands to know: • If
of what is true and the above news pertaining the acquisition of the records of the town of Pozzallo and if so what years would be placed under observation;
• If the news is based investigations related to the repeated use of the so-called "derivatives", better known by the acronym SWAP already at the center of interest and the subject of investigative journalism national media (see the transmission report);
