RE: Question on setting up port security

that the completion of the works is subject to the presentation of projects by contracting entities-stations within the strict deadline of 12/31/2004;
only in November 2002, the Region Sicily (Department for Public Works) makes available the funds for shipping;
that within these funds is provided the funding for its development the subject of this question and for the excavation of the seabed;
that the design, at first was entrusted to the Maritime Civil Engineering Works that never stretches a single line;
that must wait for the February 2004 Conference to conduct a town of Pozzallo-Sicily: in that occasion, the City has a conceptual design and is committed to delivering on time the final design of an extract functional for the sum of € 15,493,706.98;
